Shipping

At E-Sports Workshop online store, we strive to make the delivery of your sports equipment as simple, fast, and reliable as possible. Before dispatch, all products are carefully prepared, inspected, and properly protected to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

All parcels are delivered either through our own delivery service or in cooperation with DPD. The delivery method depends on the type of order and the delivery options available for the selected address. This allows us to provide reliable delivery of sports equipment throughout Slovenia and other European countries.

Shipping costs are charged according to the currently applicable price list and are displayed to the customer during checkout, before the order is confirmed. This ensures that customers always have a clear overview of all order costs.

For delivery within Slovenia, the shipping fee is EUR 5 for orders below EUR 100, while orders of EUR 100 or more qualify for free shipping. For deliveries to other European countries, the standard shipping fee is EUR 20, while orders of EUR 250 or more qualify for free shipping.

Important: The exact shipping cost and available delivery options are always displayed during checkout based on the delivery address and order value.

Order Processing and Confirmation

Before dispatch, we verify the order details and prepare the products for safe delivery. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery service, the customer receives information about the further delivery process, where available.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery method, and any special circumstances.
