HEAD Bootbag – 40 L ski boot bag for organised travel

HEAD Bootbag is a practical 40-litre bag designed to carry one pair of ski boots together with selected smaller items of ski equipment. It gives skiers a dedicated place for boots during transport, helping keep heavy, wet or dirty footwear separate from clothing and other luggage.

The simple shape is intended for everyday trips to the ski area as well as longer winter travel. A large main compartment makes packing straightforward, while the carry system allows the bag to be moved between the car, accommodation and ski lift without carrying the boots loose.

HEAD Bootbag offers 40 L of useful capacity

The HEAD Bootbag is sized around one pair of ski boots, with additional room depending on boot size and how the bag is packed. Smaller accessories such as gloves, socks or a neck warmer can often be placed around the boots, but the bag should not be overloaded in a way that strains the zip or changes its shape.

A dedicated boot bag also helps organise the rest of your ski equipment. Instead of placing wet soles directly against jackets or other clothing, the boots can remain in their own compartment during the journey home.

Durable polyester for regular ski use

The outer material is designed for repeated winter transport and the kind of abrasion that occurs around ski equipment. As with any fabric bag, sharp ski edges and tools should be kept away from unsupported panels to avoid unnecessary cuts or wear.

After skiing, open the bag and let both boots and bag dry properly. Leaving damp boots sealed inside overnight can trap moisture and odour. Drying at room temperature is preferable to placing ski boots directly against strong heat sources.

Easy carrying between car and slope

The shoulder strap makes HEAD Bootbag easier to carry when your hands are already occupied with skis and poles. Correctly distributing the contents prevents the bag from pulling awkwardly to one side and makes short walks through car parks, terminals and hotel corridors more comfortable.

For carrying skis as well, compare the HEAD Double Skibag. Using separate bags for boots and skis can make loading a vehicle and storing equipment much more organised.

Who is HEAD Bootbag for?

It is a straightforward choice for recreational skiers, club members, families and anyone who travels with alpine ski boots. A dedicated bag is especially useful when several people are travelling together because each skier can keep their footwear and small accessories grouped in one place.

It can also be useful for storage between ski days, provided boots are dry before the bag is closed. Before long-term storage, remove any moisture and leave the bag clean and fully dry.
