HOLMENKOL AlphaMix Yellow
HOLMENKOL AlphaMix Yellow is a high-quality hydrocarbon-based base and training wax designed for preparing the bases of skis and snowboards. It is a proven blend characterised by easy application, good durability and excellent wear resistance.
It is suitable for new, soft and fine-grained snow at temperatures from 0 °C to –4 °C. It is used as a base wax for preparing the ski base and as a training wax.
The hydrocarbon formula contains a high-quality paraffin blend without synthetic additives. The wax creates a good base for subsequent waxing and improves the durability of additional wax layers.
AlphaMix can also be used as an effective and gentle product for cleaning the ski base. The wax is easy to apply with an iron and can be removed while still hot using a scraper.
