HOLMENKOL Ultramix – Base Wax, 2 × 35 g
HOLMENKOL Ultramix is a high-quality hydrocarbon base wax designed to improve glide and protect the ski or snowboard base. It is particularly suitable for cold, old and aggressive snow conditions, where the base is exposed to increased wear.
- Snow temperature: −8°C to −20°C
- Ironing temperature: 135°C–145°C
- Type: Hydrocarbon glide wax
- Suitable for: Alpine skis, freeride skis, touring skis and snowboards

Its excellent durability provides long-lasting protection of the base and stable glide over multiple runs. It can also be used as a base before applying specialized racing waxes.
For application, melt the wax onto the base with a waxing iron, spread it evenly, allow it to cool, scrape off the excess and finish by brushing the base.
